Why I Wrote This Guide

Women with PCOS don't get the results their non-PCOS friends get from low-calorie diets or boot camp workout programs. With PCOS, you have a specific hormonal profile that requires a different appraoch to nutrition, exericse, and supplementation.

Unfortunately, most health and fitness professionals don't understand that. Since PCOS often leads to weight gain, the average coach or trainer gives women with PCOS the same weight loss advice, nutrition recommendations, and exercise programs they give any other client with similar goals.

And it doesn't work.

I know what works.
